Insert Tooling can be produced with cutting edges in various grades of carbide, High Speed Steel, (HSS), and Polycrystalline Diamond, (PCD).  Insert Tooling allows for constant and repeatable profiles on the cutting edges allowing you to achieve the same shape throughout the life of the tool.  One advantage will allow lower service cost over sharpening and retipping brazed carbide.
